the location was decent, close to many things.
the room reeked of sewage it did spoil the experience. i contacted customer service multiple times but they ignored my requests and reservation issues. discount codes also were not included in their price, it was frustrating.

The location was indeed excellent, providing easy access to sights and shops.
I was disappointed in a few aspects. The beds had a direct view to the shower which I found quite uncomfortable. Some furniture also featured sharp corners, a particular danger in a small room.

the location suited my needs well the staff communicated effectively.
the letter mentioned cleaning service i expected daily service however my room was not cleaned for two days i found that disappointing wet towels remained unreplaced also i noticed some hair likely left by previous guests indicating a lack of thorough cleaning i expected better attention to detail.

a mixed experience
lumpy mattresspedestrian zone
the location was decent, but it sits in a pedestrian zone. this made getting to transit hard. i also had some issues with cleanliness. the mattress had a noticeable lump right in the middle. i did not sleep well at all.
